Share a pair to show you care!

Socks are the most requested, yet least donated item in homeless shelters because people experiencing homelessness walk multiple miles a day and rarely have access to laundry facilities. Fresh socks prevent severe foot pain, blisters, infections, and skin breakdown. 

This October, GPMC wants you to join in with people across the nation to show that even a small act of love, such as donating a pair of socks, can make a big difference in the lives of our neighbors who are unhoused. 

We will be collecting new socks throughout the month that we will give to local shelters. Please leave socks on the Outreach shelves in the coat closet.
