Makers at Memorial

Makers is a group of like-minded people striving to use their God-given talents for the benefit of others. The three core tenets are service, faith, and fellowship. All hands are appreciated and used - regardless of sewing skills or yarn competence.

The majority of the “products” created are given directly to people and organizations who are in need like hospitals, hospice, senior support organizations, social services providers, food banks, NICUs, LGBTQIA+ organizations, etc.

Can’t join us on Thursdays? On the 2nd Sunday of the month, Makers meets in the church library during Middle Hour (10:10 – 10:50 am) to work on a collective service project. They also have annual retreat(s), celebrations, potlucks, workshops, and field trips throughout the year!
